Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in San Antonio, TX (North Star Mall) to lead sales, coach staff and drive store performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador who exemplifies Coach values and promotes brand awareness at the store and mall level.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs; identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview and participate in performance evaluations; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans for team members.
  • Coach, mentor and provide actionable feedback to staff to improve individual and team performance and accountability.
  • Support conflict resolution and basic HR-related matters in the absence of store leadership; champion company resources to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Drive clienteling strategy and customer-centric service initiatives to cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to interpret sales data to inform coaching and store strategy.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in coaching, providing corrective feedback, and building inclusive team culture.
  • Comfort with enforcing policies, managing performance, and supporting recruitment and development processes.

Experience
