Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor I in San Antonio, TX (North Star Mall). Lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and develop retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness through customer interactions and merchandising standards.
- Implement company initiatives and support full store operations, including adherence to store policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview, onboard and perform high-level training for store staff; provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback and development plans.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Support conflict resolution and provide HR-related guidance in the absence of store leadership.
- Coach and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and hold retail teams accountable to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales data to drive decisions and store-level strategy.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role: regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Comfortable delivering candid feedback and handling interpersonal situations with diplomacy and fairness.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrable results in team development, sales growth and KPI ownership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or formal retail/management training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
