Coach Lead Supervisor I in Richmond, BC — Drive sales and team performance in luxury retail. CAD $21–$30/hr. Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through direct customer and team engagement
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of store business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that promotes fair and positive workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and conduct high-level training of store associates as needed
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business objectives
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships aligned with business goals
  • Provide human resources and conflict resolution support to store team and district in the absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy, inclusive work environment for all team members

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or above
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift and carry merchandise and materials ranging from 25 pounds regularly to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving sales performance and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric retail operations and clienteling practices
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 30 per hour.
