Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Richmond, British Columbia — lead the store team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and advancing brand awareness and merchandising standards.
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to recommend actions that improve store performance and meet KPIs.
  • Recruit, interview, train and develop store team members; conduct performance evaluations and deliver actionable feedback.
  • Coach staff on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and maximize lifetime value.
  • Support HR-related matters and conflict resolution for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Enforce company policies, store operational procedures and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop sales teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating them into tactical plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution and clienteling skills.
  • Ability to bend, reach, climb and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Demonstrated alignment with core competencies: courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and rapid learning.

Experience

Education

The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 30 per hour.
