Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive attainment of store KPIs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, modelling Coach values and elevating brand awareness through daily interactions and merchandising execution.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
  • Recruit, interview and participate in onboarding; deliver performance evaluations and high-level training to develop individual and team capability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends, make actionable recommendations to improve store performance and coach team members to meet business goals.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable to targets and standards.
  • Drive clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor staff in client retention and upsell techniques.
  • Provide HR support and conflict-resolution assistance in the absence of senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience managing a competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor or equivalent level.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching, developing and holding retail teams accountable to performance goals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail operations: regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom.
  • Proven aptitude for analyzing sales data and translating insight into operational or coaching initiatives.

Experience
