Coach Lead Supervisor role in Pittsburgh, PA. Oversee retail operations, sales team, and customer experience at Ross Park Mall location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to store team
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives and store KPIs
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while holding team accountable for goals
  • Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated sales leadership and store operations management experience

Experience
