Coach Lead Supervisor role in Pittsburgh, PA. Oversee retail operations, sales team, and customer experience at Ross Park Mall location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to store team
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives and store KPIs
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while holding team accountable for goals
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or above
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated sales leadership and store operations management experience

Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent leadership capacity in a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
