Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to oversee retail operations and drive sales performance at its Park City location. This leadership role requires managing a sales team, implementing brand initiatives, executing strategic business plans to meet store KPIs, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The Lead Supervisor will maintain a strong sales floor presence, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with Company policies and operational procedures.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of retail staff
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
  • Enforce compliance with Company policies and store operational procedures
  • Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated competencies: Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, Learning on the Fly

Experience

1+ years of equivalent leadership experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or similar supervisory capacity in a fast-paced retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
