Coach Lead Supervisor position in Paris – retail management role overseeing sales, team leadership, and customer experience with €27,000–€45,000 annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach values and serve as a brand ambassador to increase brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive team environment
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of store staff
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while holding staff accountable for business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of other leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or equivalent
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch; lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds when necessary
