Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive retail excellence and operational performance at its Ottawa location. The successful candidate will establish a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, embody Coach's brand values, and foster an inclusive team culture whilst achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic execution of company initiatives, talent development, and customer-centric strategies to enhance store performance and build long-term client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion within the store and across the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies and implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team members in absence of district leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to build effective teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations and KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level, with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams, and delivering customer-focused results in a luxury or fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university education preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
