Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive sales-floor performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, develop the team, and support store operations, recruiting, training, and clienteling. The role is full-time in Orlando, Florida, at Florida Mall, with a base pay range of $16.00–$24.75 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent Coach as a Brand Ambassador, embodying its values and increasing brand awareness.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations.
  • Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
  • Build trust, act with integrity, and foster collaboration, fairness, positivity, and inclusion within the store and across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, recommend improvements to store performance, and implement individualized team development to enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Adhere to and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
  • Help execute innovative strategies that deliver exceptional experiences for internal and external partners.
  • Create a customer-centric culture, prioritize customer satisfaction, and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
  • Champion company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
  • Able to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
