Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role combines brand ambassadorship with operational leadership, encompassing team development, customer-centric strategies, and compliance management. Candidates must possess at least one year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor level and be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the store business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and drive results
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance standards
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Demonstrated ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Proficiency in the competencies: Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
