Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Orlando, Florida. Manage retail sales floor, lead teams, and drive customer experiences in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across store operations
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of sales associates
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated excellence in driving results and exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively to all levels
- Experience in leading, developing, and coaching retail teams
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing performance improvements

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level. The successful candidate will demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, developing retail teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
