Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor – Operations and Logistics in Orlando, Florida to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and build high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness and drive customer loyalty
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of store business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and employee engagement
- Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives to achieve store goals and KPIs
- Support store recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive team training
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for personal and business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution within the store and district in the absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor level or comparable supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Proficiency in sales floor operations, inventory management, and retail logistics
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing retail teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in a competitive retail environment at the lead supervisor or equivalent supervisory level, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing teams, and executing operational initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, business administration, or related field preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
