Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Omaha, Nebraska — lead retail teams, drive sales and deliver elevated client experiences at Village Pointe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and KPIs while modelling Coach values and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Implement Company initiatives and ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations, including visual standards, inventory flow and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics and customer data, identify trends, and translate insights into tactical recommendations to enhance store performance.
- Recruit, interview and onboard retail staff; design and deliver targeted coaching, training and development plans to build team capability.
- Deliver regular, actionable performance feedback; hold team members accountable for individual and collective goals.
- Support HR processes and conflict resolution in the absence of store management; champion resources that promote a healthy internal working environment.
- Drive clienteling strategies to strengthen long‑term customer relationships and increase lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead or supervisor level.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance through coaching and development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data and convert insights into operational improvements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail operations: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume, competitive retail environment with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams and managing store KPIs.
