Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to support collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training activities
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual team performance and hold team accountable for goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor team members
