Coach in Oak Brook, IL is hiring a Lead Supervisor (part-time) to lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive clienteling and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, reinforcing Coach values and increasing brand awareness through daily interactions and merchandising standards.
- Implement company initiatives and support full store operations, including opening/closing, loss prevention, and store compliance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and participate in onboarding; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop team capabilities.
- Coach, evaluate and provide performance feedback; hold team accountable to individual and business goals.
- Support customer-focused initiatives and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership and champion resources that promote a healthy internal work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong business acumen with experience interpreting sales data and using insights to drive performance.
- Comfortable delivering candid, actionable feedback and holding team members accountable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks of the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, reach, climb and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead-level retail experience in a competitive, customer-facing environment, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational retail/management coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
