Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to promote Coach values and increase local brand awareness through exemplary service and merchandising.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations, including compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Analyze sales performance and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions and localized strategies to improve store results.
  • Recruit, interview, train, coach, and evaluate store team members; deliver individualized development plans and hold staff accountable to goals.
  • Drive clienteling strategy to cultivate long‑term customer relationships and mentor associates on delivering personalized service.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; foster a fair, inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret sales data, set priorities, and execute strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Proven people management skills: coaching, performance feedback, recruitment and development.
  • Able to perform physical duties of the role: regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, kneel and maneuver stockroom and sales floor safely.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
