Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario—retail leadership role overseeing sales floor operations and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Embody Coach values and brand standards; increase brand awareness and implement company initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store operations
  • Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate store team members; provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to promote fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives, store goals, and KPIs
  • Create customer-centric culture; mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operations standards
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team members and support district operations in absence of management

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent supervisory experience managing competitive retail space
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong business acumen and sales performance management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Experience
