Coach is seeking a Lead Supervisor to drive sales-floor performance, represent the brand, support store operations and develop an inclusive, customer-centric team. The role includes sales analysis, coaching, recruitment support and clienteling; the listed base pay is $17.00–$27.75 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Acts as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
- Leads the implementation of company initiatives and supports the full operation of the business.
- Maintains a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
- Builds trust, maintains integrity and fosters collaboration across the store and organization to promote fairness, a positive experience and an inclusive team culture.
- Monitors and analyses sales data, identifies trends, recommends improvements to store performance and implements individualised team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Applies strong business acumen and executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives tied to store goals and KPIs.
- Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and high-level training as needed.
- Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Adheres to and enforces company policies, procedures and store operating procedures.
- Helps execute innovative strategies for exceptional experiences for internal and external customers.
- Builds a customer-centric culture, prioritises customer satisfaction and mentors the team in clienteling strategies to develop long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
- Provides HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
- Champions company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
- Able to bend, reach and stretch; lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including products, cartons, props or fixtures; and climb, kneel and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
