Coach in New York City seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the store sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch clienteling experience; develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Coach, train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling tools.
- Oversee daily floor operations including visual merchandising standards, inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions and end-of-day reconciliation with accuracy and compliance.
- Assist the store manager with staff scheduling, shift coordination, opening and closing procedures.
- Enforce loss-prevention protocols and escalate customer or operational issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable leadership experience in retail, with prior responsibility for supervising or coaching a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-centric manner.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to perform standing and retail floor duties for full shifts.

Experience
Typically requires 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably within luxury, premium, or specialty retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
