Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated courage in providing direct, actionable feedback
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
