Coach Lead Supervisor I position in New York, NY at Fifth Avenue flagship store. Oversee retail operations, lead teams, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serves as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Establishes trust and maintains integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture within the store
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implements individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of store personnel
- Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds team accountable for achieving goals
- Adheres to and enforces team compliance of company policies and operational procedures
- Executes innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Mentors team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, customer focus, and interpersonal savvy
- Exhibits drive for results and learning on the fly
- Capable of managing ambiguity and dealing with change comfortably
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable leadership role in retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management training or certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
