Coach Lead Supervisor position in New York – manage retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and champion brand awareness initiatives across the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
- Establish and maintain an environment of collaboration, trust, and integrity; promote fair, positive, and inclusive team culture
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training for store team members
- Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences; mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated leadership presence and business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or similar supervisory role in luxury fashion retail.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
