Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor, consistently driving sales targets and delivering a premium customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, modelling Coach values and increasing brand awareness through service and merchandising standards.
- Execute company initiatives and store operational plans to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the business.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through regular feedback, on‑the‑job training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting and interviewing activities and, when required, provide high‑level training to new and existing team members.
- Enforce company policies, store procedures and compliance standards to maintain a safe and consistent retail environment.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships and increase repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a retail sales team to achieve individual and store goals.
- Capability to analyze sales performance and translate insights into actionable plans for the team.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs); able to bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales and stock areas.

Experience
At least 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrable results in sales leadership, team development and KPI delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail management training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
