Coach in New York City seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead store operations, coach sales teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure adherence to Coach visual merchandising and brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling, floor engagement and execution of promotional initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team targets; conduct on-floor training and performance feedback.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic administrative reporting.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management to analyse KPIs, implement action plans and optimise customer conversion.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience by resolving escalated customer enquiries and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline sales teams to consistently meet sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales KPIs to drive performance.
  • Reliable, flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance consistent with brand standards.

Experience
