Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and register reconciliation to maintain operational integrity.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through coaching, on-floor leadership and timely execution of promotional initiatives.
- Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team; conduct regular performance feedback, one-on-ones and training to elevate clienteling and product knowledge.
- Own visual merchandising standards and implement floor sets to maximise product presentation and conversion.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock transfers, receiving, cycle counts and shrink prevention in partnership with loss-prevention protocols.
- Deliver exemplary client service and escalate complex client issues to ensure retention and brand advocacy.
- Create and manage staff schedules to align coverage with business needs while controlling labour costs.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams on local execution of brand initiatives, events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to coach sales associates to higher performance.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation standards appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
