Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring standards for visual merchandising, client experience and operational compliance are consistently met.
  • Coach, develop and mentor sales associates through one-on-one feedback, in-store training and performance reviews to maximize individual and team results.
  • Drive sales and KPI achievement through active selling, clienteling, and by executing promotional initiatives and client events.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention in collaboration with the store management team.
  • Resolve complex client escalations with discretion and professionalism, safeguarding brand reputation and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze sales performance, forecast demand and implement corrective actions to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (preferably in leather goods, accessories or apparel).
