Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline talent.
- Sound judgment in cash handling, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by store operations.

Typically 2+ years of retail supervisory or team-lead experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales and service KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management or fashion-related coursework preferred.
