Role & Responsibilities

- Support scheduling and workforce management to ensure appropriate coverage during peak trading periods, events and promotions.
- Act as the on-floor escalation point for customer issues and liaise with district/regional management on operational matters and local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop retail teams.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Strong customer-service orientation with experience in relationship-driven selling and clienteling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.

Typically requires at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion/accessories environment, with direct responsibility for sales performance and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
