Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and supervise a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding client experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and schedule store staff; conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing training in clienteling and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales through proactive clienteling, bespoke service, and effective execution of visual merchandising and promotional activity.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and loss-prevention procedures to protect merchandise and margins.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards for store presentation, service protocols, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Handle escalated client issues and act as a visible brand ambassador on the shop floor to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor store KPIs and assist the manager in preparing sales reports, forecasts and action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for coaching and developing staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to visual merchandising and operational detail.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
