Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Coach, develop and schedule staff; conduct regular performance feedback and support training initiatives to elevate selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Drive clienteling activities and relationship-building strategies to increase repeat business and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company loss-prevention policies, health & safety guidelines, and brand presentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; reliable availability for scheduled shifts.
