Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
- Coach, develop and schedule staff; conduct regular performance feedback and support training initiatives to elevate selling skills and product knowledge.
- Drive clienteling activities and relationship-building strategies to increase repeat business and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company loss-prevention policies, health & safety guidelines, and brand presentation requirements.
- Produce and analyse basic sales and KPI reports to inform in-store action plans and staffing decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric service orientation.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; reliable availability for scheduled shifts.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within luxury or premium fashion environments; demonstrable sales leadership and people-management results are required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in business, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
