Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Coach, develop and performance-manage direct reports through regular feedback, one-on-ones and on-the-floor training.
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences through active clienteling, personal service and relationship building with high-net-worth customers.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives and campaign windows.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, receiving processes and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
  • Execute cash handling, opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports, escalate issues to management and implement corrective actions.
  • Create staff schedules, balance labour against business needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising retail or luxury sales teams, with measurable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff, manage performance and resolve workplace conflicts constructively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising and inventory control.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
