Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
- Coach, develop and performance-manage direct reports through regular feedback, one-on-ones and on-the-floor training.
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through active clienteling, personal service and relationship building with high-net-worth customers.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives and campaign windows.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, receiving processes and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Execute cash handling, opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports, escalate issues to management and implement corrective actions.
- Create staff schedules, balance labour against business needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising retail or luxury sales teams, with measurable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff, manage performance and resolve workplace conflicts constructively.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising and inventory control.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (if applying to the New York location).

Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior sales role within luxury, premium or specialty retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field preferred.
