Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service and brand standards.
- Coach, develop and evaluate sales associates through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and individual development plans.
- Drive clienteling activities and CRM usage to cultivate long-term customer relationships and increase repeat business.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation and inventory displays to ensure consistency with corporate directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and basic administrative reporting.
- Coordinate staffing, shift scheduling and payroll inputs in collaboration with store management to optimize coverage and labor efficiency.
- Enforce loss-prevention policies and maintain compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and to coach a sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail; experience within luxury fashion or accessories brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business or a related field is advantageous.
