Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring sales targets and KPI delivery.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate clienteling, product knowledge and conversion rates.
  • Drive exceptional client experiences through personalised service, proactive outreach and VIP relationship management.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and presentation standards to maintain brand identity and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Produce and analyse sales reports; translate performance data into actionable plans for the sales floor.
  • Coordinate staffing, shift scheduling and attendance to optimise coverage for peak trading periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cash-handling procedures and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail—typically 2+ years leading a retail team.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a store environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing staff.
  • Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods as required.
  • Eligibility to work in the assigned country without restriction.

Experience
