Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards for merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and clienteling targets.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and follow-through on client appointments and requests.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention in coordination with store management.
- Support scheduling, payroll accuracy and administrative tasks; deputize for the Store Manager and lead the team in their absence.
- Enforce loss-prevention procedures and ensure a secure, compliant retail environment.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on local sales initiatives, product launches and community-facing events.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 1–3 years leading frontline sales teams).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and coaching team members to improved performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; prior experience in luxury fashion or accessories preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous.
