Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards for merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and clienteling targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and follow-through on client appointments and requests.
  • Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention in coordination with store management.
  • Support scheduling, payroll accuracy and administrative tasks; deputize for the Store Manager and lead the team in their absence.
  • Enforce loss-prevention procedures and ensure a secure, compliant retail environment.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on local sales initiatives, product launches and community-facing events.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 1–3 years leading frontline sales teams).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and coaching team members to improved performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Experience
