Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY — lead the store team, drive sales and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coach, develop and roster frontline sales associates to maximize individual and team performance against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Drive exceptional clienteling through personalized service, CRM use and proactive outreach to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Own visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory accuracy, receipt processes and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and shrink control.
- Analyse sales metrics, communicate performance trends to management and implement action plans to close gaps.
- Support hiring, onboarding and performance management activities in partnership with store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Sound numeracy and organisational capability for cash handling, inventory and basic P&L awareness.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings; ability to work a retail roster.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion accessories, with a documented record of driving sales and developing frontline talent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
