Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coach, develop and roster frontline sales associates to maximize individual and team performance against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Drive exceptional clienteling through personalized service, CRM use and proactive outreach to cultivate long‑term relationships.
  • Own visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, receipt processes and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and shrink control.
  • Analyse sales metrics, communicate performance trends to management and implement action plans to close gaps.
  • Support hiring, onboarding and performance management activities in partnership with store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Sound numeracy and organisational capability for cash handling, inventory and basic P&L awareness.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings; ability to work a retail roster.

Experience
