Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail operations on the sales floor to deliver outstanding client service and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-job training, performance feedback and product education.
- Ensure impeccable brand presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining store aesthetics.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Support cash handling, point-of-sale reconciliation and daily deposit procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination, store opening/closing procedures and ad-hoc operational needs.
- Enforce loss-prevention protocols, health and safety guidelines and adherence to brand compliance standards.
- Prepare basic sales reports and communicate performance insights to store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrable leadership and team-development experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

At least 3 years of progressive retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role, ideally within luxury or premium fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
