  • Assist with staffing activities including scheduling, recruitment support and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse retail team.
  • Excellent client service orientation and aptitude for relationship-driven selling.
  • Clear communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Flexible availability to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
