Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY. Lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver luxury client service for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to elevate selling performance and clienteling capabilities.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised clienteling, relationship building and service recovery.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to ensure a compelling brand presentation.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and ordering processes to optimise availability and minimize shrink.
- Manage cash-handling procedures, POS transactions and daily reconciliation to ensure operational accuracy.
- Enforce loss-prevention measures and compliance with company policies.
- Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, payroll administration and performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer issues and lead service recovery when required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and developing direct reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for client relationship management.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically requires 3+ years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or related field preferred.
