Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and act as the primary leader on the sales floor in the absence of the store manager.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to deliver exceptional clienteling and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead visual merchandising and ensure product presentation, floor sets and in-store displays reflect brand standards.
  • Manage inventory procedures, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention controls.
  • Drive premium client experiences through appointment management, follow-up communications and personalized service.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing routines and shift scheduling.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports; implement store-level action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within luxury or premium retail, with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop front-line retail staff; strong performance management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
