Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional luxury client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets, conversion and average transaction value KPIs.
  • Drive clienteling activities and long-term client relationship development, including outreach and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute promotional and seasonal floor moves to maximize sell-through.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention best practices in collaboration with store management.
  • Manage shift-level responsibilities such as cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures and team scheduling.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues and complex service requests, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline staff.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in the hiring country.

Experience
