Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional luxury client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets, conversion and average transaction value KPIs.
- Drive clienteling activities and long-term client relationship development, including outreach and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute promotional and seasonal floor moves to maximize sell-through.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention best practices in collaboration with store management.
- Manage shift-level responsibilities such as cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures and team scheduling.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and complex service requests, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline staff.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the hiring country.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment, ideally within luxury or premium lifestyle brands, with demonstrable sales results and team development experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in retail, merchandising, business or a related field preferred.
