Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to deliver consistent luxury client experiences and meet established KPIs (sales, conversion, AUR).
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through one‑on‑one feedback, in‑store training and performance reviews.
- Drive clienteling initiatives to cultivate repeat clientele and maximize lifetime value.
- Support visual merchandising and standards execution to ensure the store reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Manage cash handling, register reconciliation and opening/closing procedures with strict adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and achieve operational efficiency.
- Assist the store manager with inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention processes.
- Resolve client service escalations promptly while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.
