Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage cash handling, register reconciliation and opening/closing procedures with strict adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Assist the store manager with inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention processes.
  • Resolve client service escalations promptly while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.

Experience
