Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM activities to build long-term client relationships and increase repeat business and AOV (average order value).
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain the sales floor to luxury presentation standards.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels and shift coverage to align with business demand and labour guidelines.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and liaise with store management on corrective actions and reporting.
  • Assist store leadership with training, onboarding and performance management activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years retail experience with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong coaching and people-management skills with the ability to develop talent and provide constructive feedback.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and proven clienteling abilities.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail trading hours.

Experience
