Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations and sales floor activity, ensuring an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Coach, develop and schedule sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain shop-ready presentation, stock levels and replenishment processes.
  • Drive clienteling strategies and VIP servicing to build long-term relationships and maximize repeat business.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention protocols, including receiving, cycle counts and exception reporting.
  • Compile and analyze sales and traffic data to inform staffing, merchandising and promotional decisions.
  • Act as shift manager in the absence of senior management and execute company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to sales targets.
  • Strong retail math skills and experience using POS systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication and client-facing etiquette appropriate for luxury clientele.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
